Terms
These apply to anything bought through this site.

Who you are buying from
Vantacue sells the cases on this site. Reach us at hello@vantacue.store, which is the address to use for anything in these terms.
You need to be able to enter a contract to order, which in most places means being at least 18.
Orders
Putting something in the cart is not a contract. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email, and until then we can decline it. If a price or a product description is wrong, we may cancel and refund in full rather than hold you to an error.
Cases are printed to order, so there is a short window before production starts. See returns for cancelling inside it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify, and your order is not confirmed until it clears.
Prices exclude any import duty or tax your country charges on arrival. Those are set by your country and are yours to pay.
Delivery
Printing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier its schedule is out of our hands, which is why the returns policy still applies if it goes wrong.
Getting the delivery address right is on you. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we refund the case but not the postage.
Returns
Thirty days, for any reason, and nothing on this page reduces the rights your own country gives you as a consumer. The full policy is on the returns page.
The artwork
Every design on this site is original work and remains ours. Buying a case buys the case. It does not transfer any right to reproduce, resell or print the artwork, and the same goes for the site's text, photographs and name.
Liability
A case is a case. We are responsible for it being what we said it was, and for that we will replace it or refund it. We are not responsible for damage to the device inside it, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because no set of terms can.
Disputes
Email us first. Almost everything is a shipping problem or a fit problem and both are quicker to solve directly than formally.
The rest
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
Changes
These terms can change, and the date at the top changes with them. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
