Short version: we keep what is needed to make your case, deliver it, and answer your email. Nothing else, and nothing sold.

Who we are
Vantacue runs this store and decides what happens to the information below. For anything about your data, email hello@vantacue.store.
What we collect
- Order details. Name, shipping address, email, and what you bought. Needed to make and deliver the order.
- Email you send us. Kept so a conversation about an order still makes sense a month later.
That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, no tracking pixel, and no analytics on this site.
Cookies
This site sets none. Your cart and your saved AirPods model live in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device and which clearing your browser data removes.
Checkout happens on Shopify, on their domain, and they do set cookies there to keep your basket and process the payment.
Payment
Handled by Shopify. Card details go to them and their payment processor, never to us. We never see or store a card number.
Who else sees it
Only the companies needed to complete your order:
- Shopify hosts the checkout and processes payment.
- Printify and its print partner make the case and need your delivery address.
- The carrier chosen for your parcel needs the address to deliver it.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. These companies operate internationally, so completing an order means your delivery details may be handled outside your own country.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is typically several years after the sale. Email conversations are kept for two years, then deleted. Anything else goes as soon as it stops being useful.
Your rights
Email hello@vantacue.store and you can ask us to:
- send you a copy of what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it, except for what tax law requires us to keep on a completed sale
- stop using it for anything you object to
We answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This shop is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use your data will be emailed to anyone affected.
