30 days from the day it arrives. No restocking fee and no explanation required.
Changed your mind or wrong fit
Email hello@vantacue.store with your order number within 30 days. Send the case back in a condition where it could still be used, and we refund the price of the case to the original payment method within 5 business days of it arriving. Return postage is on you.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo. That is the whole process. We ship a replacement at no cost and you keep the one that arrived wrong, because paying to post a broken case across the world helps nobody.
What is not covered
- Scratches and scuffs from normal use.
- Damage from solvents, alcohol wipes or a dishwasher.
- Cases modified after delivery.
Cancelling
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until printing starts, which is usually within a few hours. After that it becomes a return.
