Shipping

Cases are printed once you order them, so there are two clocks: making it, and moving it.

Making it

2 to 4 business days. Every case is printed to order, which is why there is no warehouse full of designs nobody picked.

Moving it

7 to 14 business days after it ships. You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned, not when the label is created.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Customs charges, where they apply, are set by your country and are not included in the price at checkout.

If it is late

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email hello@vantacue.store and we will either chase it or send a replacement. You do not have to wait out the full window to ask.
